Customer Service Policy

All installations begin between 8am and 9am. 

Countertop installations usually take 3 to 4 hours to complete.  We try to be as accurate as humanly possible when doing the initial measure.  However, in the event there has been a mistake made we will make arrangements to get back a soon as we can get a replacement made up.

Kitchen installations typically take 2 to 3 days.  The installer begins between 8am and 9am and will return in the morning until the job is complete.  In the event that a mistake was made or a door has been put on order, will be back to complete the job as soon as the material gets to us.

Our installers are professional and courteous.  If you cannot be at home when the job is being done, that’s ok.  All we need is a phone number so we can contact you if need be.
