Installation & Service

Getting Ready
Eight weeks after we order your cabinets and appliances, we’ll be in your home to install your new kitchen.

Eight weeks may seem like a long time, but you’ll be able to put it to good use. That’s because we have some homework for you while you wait for your order to arrive. You can either do it yourself or hire someone to do it for you. Your homework list includes:

  •  Removing your old kitchen
  • Making any necessary plumbing and electrical changes
  • Painting the walls
  • Adding new flooring
  • Adding new outlets and trim

You should be able to do all of this work fairly quickly so that you can expect to be without a kitchen for no more than a week.

What to Expect from Your Installation
Once your order arrives and your homework is done, your installer will arrive in your home. Installing a kitchen is a one-person job, so you don’t have to worry about having a full crew of workers in your house.

A typical installation takes two days. Depending on the size of your kitchen it could take as long as three days or as little as one day.

Service
We guarantee our craftsmanship and we stand behind our work. If any part of your kitchen needs adjusting within the first year, just let us know and we’ll be there to fix it, no questions asked.
