What distinguishes a Rogan kitchen is our meticulous attention to detail, beginning with our cabinets. Unlike conventional practices of ordering pre-made cabinets, we craft each piece in-house at our state-of-the-art production facility located in Napanee. Our process entails precision cutting, staining (for wooden cabinets), and meticulous assembly, ensuring unparalleled quality and a seamless fit for your space.
Partnering with esteemed industry leaders such as Premoule, Richelieu, McFaddens, Hafele, and Commonwealth, we incorporate premium doors and hardware into our designs, further enhancing durability and aesthetics.

ROGER HENNESSY
Owner/Operator
Meet Roger, the visionary co-founder of Rogan Kitchens. With over 60 years in the building trades business, Roger is a true second-generation woodworker, following in the footsteps of his father, Allen. He created the company Rogan with his son Mark in the fall of 1984, dedicating over 40 years to perfecting the craft. Although the next generations, his son Mark and grandson Mathew, are now leading the company, Roger is still at it every day, bringing passion and expertise to every project. His commitment to quality and innovation has solidified Rogan Kitchens' reputation as an industry leader. MARK HENNESSY
Owner/Operator
Meet Mark, the third-generation woodworker and co-owner of Rogan Kitchens. Mark's passion for woodworking began early, as he grew up working alongside his father, Roger, and grandfather in the woodworking industry since childhood. With the business founded by Mark and his father in the fall of 1984, Mark has continued the family legacy. He upgraded his business skills at night at St. Lawrence College. Mark is a proud member of the CKCA, KHB, KCA, and both L&A and Kingston Chamber of Commerce.
Mark's dedication to family and community extends beyond business. Outside of work, Mark has spent many years coaching minor hockey and softball in Kingston and Sydenham, demonstrating his constant support for minor sports in the Greater Kingston area. MATHEW HENNESSY
Production Manager
Meet Mathew, the fourth-generation woodworker at Rogan Kitchens. Born and raised in the Greater Kingston area, Mathew's passion for woodworking began at a young age. With 10 years of experience in the cabinet making industry, Mathew brings a wealth of expertise to Rogan Kitchens. He upgraded his skills to run and program all CNC operations at Rogan, and he maintains all machinery and production at the company. Following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps, Mathew is set to continue the family legacy at Rogan Kitchens. Service Manager
Introducing Mike Read, the Service Manager at Rogan Kitchens. Mike joined the Rogan team in the fall of 2018, after several years at Napanee Brick & Tile, where he handled all construction materials and provided exceptional customer service. He quickly gained expertise in cabinet manufacturing and installation, leading to his promotion to service manager while maintaining all aspects of production. With his extensive knowledge of Rogan's operations, Mike ensures that your job is delivered on time and within budget, to your complete satisfaction.
