Where to Start

We've put together a list to help you get started on your dream project

We know that this process can be a little overwhelming, but trust us when we say that we're here to help!  We've put together a list to help you get started on your dream project;

  • You should start by making a trip to one of our showrooms.  It's a great place to start as you can see what products we have to offer! Contact us to book a design appointment!

  • Once you've found something that you love, we will schedule a time to come to your home and do a site measure. There is no charge for this process!

  • When we arrive at your house we will measure the space.  (Please keep in mind that we are not general contractors, we only look after the cabinets and/or countertop).

    • It's a great idea to have a wish list to discuss at this time. It helps us to have an understanding of what you're looking for in the space and where you hope to have it!

    • You should have thought about appliances at this time as well.  It's important for us to know the specifications of the appliances as we need to design your kitchen with them in mind. Check out our line of Fisher & Paykel appliances in our services section.

  • Once the site measure is completed, we will start working on your custom design and quote. This process can take up to 2 weeks, and we will be in touch to set up a review time with you once it's completed.

  • Once all of the revisions are completed it's time to finalize and sign off! (You will need final appliance specifications by this time.)

getting ready for install

It's time to get ready for your install. There are a few things that you need to make sure you do before we arrive!

  • Remove all cabinets and appliances from the existing kitchen. This will ensure the installer has ample space to work. (note: if required, Rogan Kitchens will provide a tear out service for an additional charge)

  • If any plumbing or electrical work is required, please ensure it is completed before the installation of the kitchen. All exposed wiring must be capped and in its appropriate place. If you require the services of an electrician or plumber we can provide you with contact information for licensed contractors. We also will make available floor plans of your kitchen for any subcontractor.

  • Any new floor installations should be completed prior to install of the kitchen. If you are adding flooring after the kitchen installation, it may require additional charges to the install price.

  • Clear access to the home and kitchen for delivery purposes would be greatly appreciated.

Contractor

install guidelines

Our installers are professional, independent contractors that represent the Rogan kitchen Family. A typical kitchen install can range from one to three business days.

Our installers will show up on site with all the necessary tools to complete the job. They will require access to electrical outlets to operate their equipment.

We ask that sufficient work space is made available for the ease of installation. This includes having the kitchen area cleared of all clutter, including appliances.

Our installer's duties will include the installation of your new kitchen cabinets, counter tops and accessories. Once complete they will do a general clean-up of the area and remove all garbage and clutter.

Our Installers are not responsible for any plumbing or electrical, unless arrangements have been made with your Rogan Kitchens' designer for these services to be provided. Rogan Kitchens is not responsible for the installation of your appliances unless they are purchased from us.

If you are unsure of any procedures during the installation process please feel free to ask your designer!

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
